This is the perfect option for competitors to regular gym-goers who have a specific goal, an injury to keep in consideration, or access to limited equipment.

 

Each workout contains video step-by-step exercise instructions along with advanced techniques to ensure you are maximizing the workouts.

Bundled with the program is a guide packed with nutrition tips and supplement recommendations. For a customized, in-depth nutrition plan, add on nutrition coaching. 

​

To keep quality high, we will limit how many people can be taken on for 1 on 1 coaching.

Standard Bikini Training program

Ready to build muscle like a bikini competitor? This program is designed to get you there.

​

You’ll follow five targeted workouts per week focused on sculpting round glutes, toning your legs, defining your shoulders, and building a back V-taper for a smaller waist illusion—plus a touch of abs for balance. This is a progressive program, meaning it gets tougher as you get stronger, ensuring consistent results and helping you push past plateaus.

​

Included are exercise video demonstrations, virtual form checks, and an exercise weight tracker to keep you on track and performing at your best.

​

If you’re serious about transforming your physique, this program delivers.

​

Required Equipment: Dumbbells, cables, barbells, and weight machines.
